Dear Leader,
It should be Leadership Common Sense: At the core of leadership effectiveness is the discipline to do what ought to be done, when it ought to be done, how it ought to be done, and why it ought to be done.
What separates great leaders from ordinary ones is discipline. Discipline says, “Do it even when you don’t feel like it.” That is what makes the difference.
There is a reason the courses one studies at the university are called disciplines. Until a person gives focused attention to a thing over time, they cannot become good at it.
